  • 2 large heads red tip leaf lettuce
  • 1 head Boston lettuce
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
  • 1/4 c. toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 c. toasted almonds, sliced
  • 1 c. Vinaigrette Dressing (follows)

Directions

    Toast seeds on a cookie sheet at about 325° until golden brown.
