- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped or grated
- 5 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning or to taste

Directions

1Mix dough for 2 double crust pies; roll out.

2Cook meat over low heat in greased pot.

3Add mashed potatoes, onions and seasonings to meat and mix well.

4Place mixture between raw crusts in 2 separate pie dishes or pans.

5Bake at 400° for about 1 hour or until done.
