  • 1 cup Sunflower/Safflower Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3-1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Grated Nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons Salt--Kosher or Iodized
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
