- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- whipped topping and nuts (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In large bowl, combine filling ingredients, mixing well.

3Pour into pie crust.

4Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

5Reduce oven temperature to 350° and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool pie before cutting.

6Garnish with whipped topping and nuts, if desired.

7Refrigerate any leftovers.
