  • pinch of cloves
  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)

    Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly, until meat loses red color.
