- 2 c. white sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vinegar (apple cider)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream together the margarine and sugar until creamy and sugar is dissolved.

2Add flour, then add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each egg.

3Add milk, vanilla and vinegar.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350° (preheat oven).
