Treacle Pork Chops

- 2 pork chops (bone-in)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 fennel bulb (Chopped)
- 2 -4 tablespoons treacle
Directions

1Heat Olive Oil in a non-stick frying pan till warm add the chopped fennel and fry to infuse the oil with the flavor.

2Remove the fennel and set aside.

3Add the pork chops and sear both sides.

4Then turn down the heat to low and put 1-2 Tbs.

5of the Treacle on pork chop.

6Flip and add the same amount of Treacle on this side.

7Cover and let simmer about 20-30 minutes until pork chops are done.

8(If you don't have a cover for your pan a piece of tin foil will do.

10When the pork chops are done remove to rest on a plate, turn the heat up to med-high and add the fennel.

11Cook down to a sauce, stirring constantly.

12Serve over the pork chops immediately.
