  • 500 grams Your favorite burger mince mix. I love to add finely chopped onions and green peppers, pre - fried to my burger mince.
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese (greared)
  • 50 grams Blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 50 grams Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 80 grams butter

Directions

    Mix cheese together the cheese

    Divide burger mince into 8 equal balls.

    Flatten into round thin burger party's.
  4. 4
    Place equal amounts of cheese mix on 4 party's.

    Cover each one with the remaining burger party's and make sure sides is closed properly

    Fry in pan or on flat grill with butter on medium to high heat.

    It can also be done on the braai (BBQ)

    Fry for about 12 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

    Serve on burger roll with your favourite trimmings, sauce or dressing.
