  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 125g tasty cheese, grated
  • 60g blue cheese
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • pepper
  • 200g KRAFT* Cheese In A Biskit*

Directions

    Beat Philly*, tasty cheese and blue together.

    Add spring onion, parsley and pepper to taste.

    Shape the cheese mixture into a log shape and refrigerate until firm.

    Crush 1/4 of the biscuits, roll the cheese log in the biscuits to coat.

    Serve with remaining biscuits.
