Triple Chocolate Cake

  • 1 (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. chocolate flavor instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, eggs and chocolate chips in a large bowl.

    Mix by hand until well blended (about 2 minutes). Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.

    Do not overbake.

    Cool 15 minutes in pan.

    Remove from pan and continue cooling on rack.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate glaze, if desired.
