  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. cocoa, divided
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

    In large bowl, beat condensed milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder. Stir in nuts.

    Spread evenly over crust; top with chips.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.

    Cool; cut into bars.
