Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional)
- 1 c. fresh, frozen or canned peaches, sliced
- 2 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Dissolve jello in boiling water.

2Add cold water and extract. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours.

3Measure 1/3 cup and pour into 4 cup mold.

4Chill; about 5 minutes.

5Measure 3/4 cup jello; blend into 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip.

6Carefully spoon into mold. Chill about 5 minutes.

7Add peaches to remaining jello.

8Carefully spoon into mold.

9Chill 4 hours over overnight.

10Dip container into warm water to unmold.

11Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and additional fruit.
