  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk, powder
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon bread machine yeast or 3/4 teaspoon rapid rise yeast

    Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
