- 3 12 ounces boneless beef top loin steaks
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium salsa
- 12 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 1 12 teaspoons olive oil
- 12 fresh orange
Directions

1Slice beef into thick strips.

2In a medium bowl, combine chili powder, paprika and pepper.

3Add beef and coat well.

4Peel orange and remove all the pith.

5Divide orange into sections.

6In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and saute beef for 3-5 minutes until done.

7Remove from pan and keep warm.

8In same skillet, add orange sections and salsa.

9Raise heat to medium high and cook for 1-2 minutes.

10Stir in cilantro and oregano.

11Continue to cook for 1-2 more minutes.

12Serve beef topped with this sauce over rice.
