2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. mashed bananas

Directions

Combine (sift first 5 ingredients).

Add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened (do not beat).

Stir in vanilla, pecans, pineapple and bananas.

Pour into pan (greased and floured). Bake at 350° until toothpick comes out clean.
