  • 1-1/2 cups chilled orange juice
  • 1-1/2 cups chilled pineapple juice
  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 3-1/2 cups JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
  • 3 cups canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1-1/2 cups canned mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 2 cups Hulled quartered fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1-1/2 cups kiwi, peeled, quartered

Directions

    Place juices, milk and mousse mix in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.

    Beat on low speed 15 seconds or until just moistened; scrape bowl.

    Beat on medium speed 5 to 8 minutes or until light and fluffy.

    Toss fruits in large bowl.

    Scoop or pipe 1/2 cup of the mousse mixture into each of 32 dessert dishes (or 4 dessert dishes for trial recipe).

    Spoon 1/4 cup of the fruit mixture over mousse mixture in each dish.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
