- 1 None orange, peeled, cut into small pieces
- 1 None cinnamon stick
- 1 None star anise
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 cup white wine
- 4-6 tbsp Blue Curacao
- None None orange, kumquat and star fruit slices
Directions

1Place orange pieces, cinnamon stick, star anise, sugar and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan and cook, stirring, over low heat for 5 mins. Strain through a sieve. Reserved liquid and discard solids.

2Mix spiced liquid with orange juice, white wine and Blue Curacao. Serve hot with a garnish of orange, kumquat and star fruit slices.
