  • 1/2 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Baby Carrots
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 whole Peeled Banana (preferably Frozen)

    1. Put the pineapple juice, cottage cheese and carrots in the blender. Blend until the carrot is completely chopped.
