- 1 pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. finely flaked cooked trout
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, margarine, onion, lemon peel, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.

2Stir in fish.

3Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, or chilled.

4Mix parsley and pecans on plate or wax paper. Shape mix into ball and sprinkle with parsley and pecans.

5Chill until firm.
