Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 13 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (225 g) package semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 14 cup coffee-flavored liqueur (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

    Mix together cookie crumbs and butter.

    Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch spingform pan.

    In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

    Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into pan.

    Bake 1 hour in preheated 325F oven, or until center slightly jiggles when is lightly shaken.

    Chill.

    just before serving, remove side of springform pan.
