Truffle Omlete

- 3 eggs
- 1 small fresh truffle
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- salt & pepper
Directions

1melt butter in omlete pan, and add chopped up truffle (the whole truffle can be used). Saute over low heat.

2whip eggs and add to truffles.

3add salt and pepper to taste.

4when omlete is done, add small amount of sour cream and fold onto plate.
