  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter cubed
  • 2 beaten eggs lightly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • powdered sugar sifted, to sprinkle

    Using fingertips, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and butter.

    Add the eggs and vanilla extract.

    Mix well with an electric mixer.

    Form dough into a ball.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Grease two baking sheets and line with parchment paper.

    Form dough into walnut-size balls.

    Roll in powdered sugar, coating thoroughly.
