- 1 cup sugar
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter cubed
- 2 beaten eggs lightly
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar sifted, to sprinkle
Directions

1Using fingertips, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and butter.

2Add the eggs and vanilla extract.

3Mix well with an electric mixer.

4Form dough into a ball.

5Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

6Preheat oven to 350°F.

7Grease two baking sheets and line with parchment paper.

8Form dough into walnut-size balls.

9Roll in powdered sugar, coating thoroughly.

10Place the balls on the sheets, leaving space between them.

11Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
