  • 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt chocolate and oleo together.

    Stir in pecans.

    Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended.

    Do not beat. Add to chocolate mixture.

    Fill cupcake pans 3/4 full and bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
