- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) dried beef
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 tsp. chopped chives
- chopped pecans
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended and smooth.

3Rinse dried beef and pat dry.

4Chop coarsely.

5Gently stir dried beef, green chilies and onion into cream cheese mixture.

6Pour into a shallow 2-cup baking dish.

7Sprinkle chives and pecans on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and edges are bubbly.

8Serve hot with tortilla chips.

9Makes 2 1/2 cups.
