- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. almonds, chopped
- 1/2 c. black olives, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, mustard, black olives and almonds.

3Shape into balls (makes 40).

4Take each ball and roll in cornflakes, coating each ball.

5Dip balls into melted butter. Arrange in shallow baking pan.

6Bake ten minutes.

7Excellent hors d'oeuvres served on cocktail picks.
