Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 c. black olives, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, mustard, black olives and almonds.

    Shape into balls (makes 40).

    Take each ball and roll in cornflakes, coating each ball.

    Dip balls into melted butter. Arrange in shallow baking pan.

    Bake ten minutes.

    Excellent hors d'oeuvres served on cocktail picks.
