- 1 can biscuits
- 12 oz can tuna
- 1 tbsp mild olive oil
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 cup Sweet relish (optional)
- 1 cup Monterey or Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
Directions

1Drain tuna, and place into medium bowl, breaking up until mostly shredded.

2Add oil, mix well.

3Add mayonnaise, mix until tuna is well coated.

4Add lemon pepper, dill weed, and celery seeds, mix well.

5Bake biscuits according to package directions.

6Once biscuits are cool enough to handle, split in half, and place on foil lined baking sheet.

7Spread tuna mixture evenly on biscuit halves.

8Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in 400F oven for 3-5 minutes.
