- 3 tsp. butter
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3 cans tuna
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Mix the flour, baking powder, water, butter and salt to make the dough.

2Knead the dough into a soft mass.

3Form the mass like a Mexican tortilla.

4For each made-up tortilla, add some tuna; fold them in half and, with a fork, pinch the edges to tighten.

5Deep fry until golden brown.
