  • 2 (6 oz.) cans water packed tuna
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 egg whites
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 stack saltine crackers, crushed
  • oil

    Drain and flake tuna in bowl.

    Add onion, egg whites, pepper and crushed crackers; mix well.

    Shape into patties.
