- 2 (7 oz.) cans chunk tuna
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 box frozen peas and carrots, cooked
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- extra chips for top of casserole
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish.

2Top with additional crushed chips to cover top.

3Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes.

4Serve with hot biscuits and a tossed salad for a quick supper.
