  • 2 (7 oz.) cans chunk tuna
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 box frozen peas and carrots, cooked
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
  • extra chips for top of casserole

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish.

    Top with additional crushed chips to cover top.

    Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Serve with hot biscuits and a tossed salad for a quick supper.
