  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (cook 6 minutes)
  • 1/3 c. Sherry wine
  • 9 1/2 oz. can tuna
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 6 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
  • salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika

Directions

    Mix partially cooked noodles with all other ingredients, except cheese.

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 325° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
