  • 18 oz. box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 4 oz. butter, cut in pieces
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed (packed in juice)

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Dump ingredients into the pan in the following order: cherry pie filling, undrained pineapple, dry cake mix and pecans.

    Smooth ingredients after each layer.

    Do not mix.

    Place the butter pieces on top.
  6. 6
    Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Serve with ice cream.
