Tuna Casserole

  • 2 cans water packed flaked tuna
  • 1 small brick old old cheddar, gratted
  • 1 large brick mozzarella, gratted
  • 1 box or bag fusilli pasta 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F

    2. Mix tuna, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic, onion powder and salt & pepper together and let sit ( if possible a few hours before using ) so flavour blend.

    3. Cook fusilli pasta, drain and encorporate the tuna mixture to it.

    4. In a large baking dish pour in half the pasta and spred the old cheddar over it.Then pour remainning pasta and cover with mozzarella.

    5. Bake in over for about 20 to 30 minutes or until mozzarella is melted all over 6. Serve
