Tuna Cornbread Casserole

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Cook vegetables until barely tender; drain.

2Add onion, tuna, salt, pepper, soup and milk.

3Heat to boiling.

4Meanwhile, prepare cornbread as directed on package. Pour hot tuna mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole.

5Top with cornbread batter and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 400° until top is golden brown.
