- 2 cans tuna
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 8 slices white bread
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Place 4 of the bread slices in bottom of buttered baking pan. Mix mayonnaise with fish and vegetables and 1 can of soup.

2Spread evenly over bread.

3Cover this with balance of bread and pour over it the eggs and milk, which have been well mixed.

4Let stand at least 4 hours or overnight.

5Bake 20 minutes in a 325° oven. Remove from oven and spread remaining can of soup, cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

6Return to oven to finish baking, 45 to 50 minutes.
