Ingredients

  • 1 doz. hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 can light tuna, liquid removed & flaked
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 5-6 drops warm pepper sauce
  • Minced pimento and parsley

Directions

    Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise.

    Remove yolks and mash.
  3. 3
    Add in tuna, mayonnaise, chili sauce, green pepper, onion, mustard salt and pepper sauce.

    Mix well.

    Divide mix among egg whites, heaping high.

    Garnish with pimento and parsley.

    (I Garnish mine with a slice of olive and paprika.)
