  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 7 oz. tuna (canned), drained
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. black olives, chopped

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, onion, salt, curry powder and cayenne pepper.

    Cut in margarine until mixture is size of small peas.

    Add milk all at once and stir until well blended.

    Add drained and flaked tuna, cheese, green pepper and olives; blend well.

    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

    Bake in preheated 450° oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
