- 1 (185 g) can canned tuna, drained and flaked
- 250 g of uncooked fusilli
- 12 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 12 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 eating apple, peeled, cored and cut into bite-sized slices

Directions

1Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

2Meanwhile, place the flaked tuna into a good-sized salad bowl and mix in the peppers and apple.

3When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the bowl, stirring until well mixed.
