- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions

1Squeeze spinach to remove excess water.

2Spread spinach evenly in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish.

3Sprinkle with onion, tuna, and eggs.

4Mix soup and sour cream together.

5Pour over eggs.

6Mix melted margarine with bread crumbs and sprinkle evenly over casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown and bubbly.

8Serve with warm fresh bread.
