  • 1 can ( 6 ounces ) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can ( 15 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dillweed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Snipped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Minced green onion
  • Garnish- paprika

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a processor bowl and process till smooth.

    Transfer to a serving bowl.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Place on a platter and surround with pita bread triangles and / or raw vegetables.
