  • 9 whole Lasagne Noodles (enough For 3 Layers In A 9X13 Pan)
  • 1/2 sticks Butter
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery, Diced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1- 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 can Cream Of Celery Soup (10 Oz)
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup (10 Oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 cans Tuna, 7.5 Oz. Each
  • 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Cook noodles as directed on package.

    Rinse with cold water and drain.

    Set aside.

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Make the sauce: Put the butter into a saute pan over medium heat.

    Once melted, add the onion, celery, and garlic powder and saute until vegetables are softened.

    Then sprinkle the vegetables with flour and stir.

    Add milk and bring to a boil.

    Stir in soups, spices and tuna (with liquid from the can).

    Mix to combine, then remove from heat.

    Assemble lasagna in a greased 9X13 pan.

    Add 1/2 cup sauce, 3 noodles, 1/3 of the remaining sauce, 1/3 of the cheese, 3 noodles, 1/2 of the remaining sauce, 1/3 of the cheese, 3 noodles, remaining sauce, and the remaining cheese.

    Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
