Ingredients
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) medium shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 c. chopped cucumber
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed and drained
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
Directions

1Layer in 3-quart serving bowl: lettuce, macaroni, cucumber, tomatoes, tuna, green peas and Cheddar cheese.

2Spread salad dressing or mayonnaise over salad, sealing to edge of bowl. Cover.

3Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

4Toss to serve. Yield: 8 servings.
