  • 5 or 6 slices bread (white)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white meat tuna, well drained
  • 1 egg, separated

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except the egg white.

    Put into loaf pan.

    Beat egg white until fluffy.

    Cover the tuna loaf with egg white.

    Bake in 350° oven for about 1/2 hour.
