Ingredients
- 200 grams potatoes
- 180 grams canned tuna
- 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
- 25 grams bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 pinch salt
- 1 pinch white pepper powder
- 1 mayonnaise
Directions

1Boil potatoes until tender (ca 30 minutes)

2Peel potatoes and mash them

3Add tuna and the egg, mix well

4Add grated parmesan

5Now add as much bread crumbs you need to make the mix solid enough

6Add seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, chives) and mix

7Make it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes

8Shape the mix to fit the loaf pan, then roll it into the bread crumbles you have left
-
9Put into the loaf pan and spread some olive oil all over it

10Cook in parchment paper at 200C for 30 minutes

11Serve with mayonnaise to taste
