- 2 (6 ounce) cans light chunk tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, softed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- milk (approx. 1/4 cup)
Directions

1Open the cans of tuna and drain them completely.

2Put the tuna in a medium bowl and mix.

3Add 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and mix.

4Add butter and salt, mix.

5Add egg, mix.

6Add the other 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and mix well.

7Add milk little by little until moistened, not too sticky.

8Make the meatballs with your hands and fry in hot oil in medium heat until golden, not too brown.
