- 1 (6-ounce) can tuna
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 slices Cheddar
- 1 slice rye bread

1Preheat the broiler.

2Drain the tuna and place it in a small bowl.

3Chop the celery into 1/4-inch pieces and add them to the bowl.

4Add the mayonnaise and stir until completely combined.

5Toast the bread in a toaster or under the broiler until golden brown.

6Place the tuna mixture on the toasted bread and spread it to cover most of the bread.

7Place the cheese slices over the tuna and place under the broiler for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
