Tuna Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna fish
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. gelatin (2 pkg.)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Heat undiluted soup.

    Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved.

    Soften gelatin in lemon juice and, off heat, add to hot soup.

    Let cool.

    Drain tuna and stir into the soup mixture along with the other ingredients.

    Grease a 6-cup mold with mayonnaise or vegetable spray.

    Add tuna mixture and chill. Unmold and serve.

    Great with toasted pita or party rye.
