Tuna Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna fish
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. gelatin (2 pkg.)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions

1Heat undiluted soup.

2Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved.

3Soften gelatin in lemon juice and, off heat, add to hot soup.

4Let cool.

5Drain tuna and stir into the soup mixture along with the other ingredients.

6Grease a 6-cup mold with mayonnaise or vegetable spray.

7Add tuna mixture and chill. Unmold and serve.

8Great with toasted pita or party rye.
