- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
- 2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
Directions

1Blend softened cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and hot pepper sauce; gradually stir in drained tuna.

2Beat until mixture is thoroughly blended.

3Pack in a 4-cup greased mold or small bowl.

4Chill thoroughly, at least 3 hours or overnight.

5At serving time unmold on serving plate.

6If desired, garnish with sliced green olives and/or greens.

7Serve with assorted crackers.
