  • pie crust
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. dill
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. assorted vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 (6 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained

Directions

    In large pan, cook onion and potato in water, covered until tender.

    Drain off liquid.

    Stir in soup, milk, cheese, lemon juice, dill and pepper.

    Cook and stir until bubbly.

    Stir in vegetables and tuna.

    Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
