- 1 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 3 tsp. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can tuna (6 oz) in oil
- 1 c. English peas
- 1 pie crust
Directions

1Cook carrots, potatoes and onions until tender in liquid from peas.

2Drain off liquid and add oil from tuna and enough milk to make 2 cups of liquid.

3Melt butter, blend in flour, and add liquid stirring constantly until thickened.

4Pour over cooked vegetables.

5Add tuna and peas.

6Season to taste.

7Turn into greased casserole dish and cover with pie crust.

8Bake at 425° until crust is brown.

9Makes 4 large servings.
