- 2 cans tuna in oil (do not drain)
- 1/4 c. flour
- milk
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits or 1 small batch homemade biscuits
Directions

1Heat tuna in oil until hot; add flour to coat.

2Mix in the milk to the thickness you like.

3In other words, make a milk gravy with the tuna.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5When you have the gravy the way you like, add in the peas.

6Cook until the peas are hot. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.

7Top with the biscuits and bake according to the package.

8For a crispier biscuit, cook them on a cookie sheet for 6 or 7 minutes and then put on top of the filling, brown side down and finish baking until tops are browned.
